Our Story

Interview Intelligence was born from a simple observation: technical hiring is broken. Too many great candidates are overlooked due to inconsistent evaluation, unconscious bias, and time constraints that force rushed decisions.

Our founders, having experienced these challenges firsthand as both interviewers and candidates, set out to build a solution that would bring structure, fairness, and intelligence to the hiring process.
